Return Policies: You have 2 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Refund Policies: You have 2 days after receiving your item to request a refund. Refund will only be provided in case of leakage, breakage or inappropriate receival of product. Customer should send proper whatsapp photos from all angles on beyondvedaa@gmail.com within the refund window. You will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 working days.

Cancellation Policy: In case you wish to cancel the order, a cancellation fees of Rs 120 will be deducted from the refund amount.

Eligibility:

  • Items must be unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.
  • You'll need the receipt or proof of purchase (soft copy is acceptable).

How to Initiate an Exchange:

  1. Contact us at beyondvedaa@gmail.com within 2 days of receiving your order.
  2. In your email, specify "Exchange Request" in the subject line and include:
    • Order number
    • Reason for exchange (size, color, etc.)
    • Desired exchange item

Processing Your Exchange:

  • Upon receiving your exchange request, we'll review it and contact you with instructions on how to return your original item.
  • Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Exchanges:

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item and confirm it meets the eligibility criteria, we'll process your exchange for the desired item (subject to availability).
  • If your desired exchange item is unavailable, we'll offer you alternative options or a store credit for a future purchase.

Important:

  • You are responsible for covering the return shipping costs for the original item.
  • Shipping costs for the exchange item will be determined at the time of processing, depending on your chosen option.
